SUMMARY:
Press secretary of the Norwegian Foreign Ministry Karsten Klepsvik accepts the information provided by the Russian authorities on the Kursk catastrophe. On Wednesday evening the Norwegian TV reported the Kursk carried nuclear weapons. Erling Stranden of the Radiation Security State Center evaluates reports to the effect that the Kursk carried nuclear missiles as "groundless". All rights reserved.
