Divers have managed to fasten half of 26 ropes to the hull of the Kursk submarine. The weather in the Barents Sea helps the participants in the operation. The wind speed is four to five meters per second. Meteorologists said that such weather would last for three days. However, no one can announce the date when the Kursk nuclear submarine will be raised.
