A CREWMEMBER'S BODY RETRIEVED FROM THE HULL OF THE NPS KURSK

So, the number of submariners discovered and retrieved from the submarine's hull in the docks of Roslyakovo reached 82; some 76 of them were identified and sent to their relatives for being interred. The investigation does not rule out that bodies of other submariners can be discovered in the third compartment. To date, the third compartment has not been cleared of the remnants of pressed metal scraps, equipment, and electric cable. The blockage is being cleared now. All rights reserved.
