We can retrieve press articles from our the electronic text archive and the archive of hard copies.

The electronic editions of Russian national and regional dailies and weeklies. Please note that it only contains the text of articles, but not photographs or graphics. For a listing of titles please see the catalogue of the electronic editions - national and regional. Most titles are available for search since 2001.

Back issues of specialized digests published by WPS in English and/or Russian. They enhance the possibility of backsearch on some subjects to the early 1990s. This archive contains the text and English translation of articles that were selected by our editors. Please check with the listing of subjects and periods available for backsearch.

The printed editions of Russian national newspapers and magazines are kept for 3 months. Regional newspapers are kept for 4 months. The archive of printed editions contains periodicals unavailable in the electronic edition and allows only manual search. The retrieved articles can be presented to you as photocopies, image files or plain text.
