Tajik authorities together with Russian special services keep seeking for the prisoners who have made an "escape of the century" from the pre-trial detention prison in Dushanbe. All of them, including local participants of the Islamist underground, as well as five Russian citizens born in Dagestan, were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment for an attempt of "antigovernment mutiny." The radical military reform continues in the Armed Forces. Three combined-arms armies (operational commands) are being formed in Russia from the zero level simultaneously with formation of four operational strategic commands.
